Mäntytie (ES)

Monday started as usual with reshelving, classes visiting and check in & out. I did some book repairs and then proceeded to get some of the books of our Fantasy book cover installation together for a theme table. After I sorted out and deleted some books from the system I put together another theme table with the books that we got from the book fair. The shark book had to be on there! My favorite from the book fair. It's also translated into German, originally English... If anybody is interested :)

"Alles, was wir über Haie wissen, ist falsch!" / "Everything you know about sharks is wrong!"
"Alles, was wir über Haie wissen, ist falsch!" / "Everything you know about sharks is wrong!"

This day was a little exhausting because the construction site next to the school decided to finish up the new path to the bus station with asphalt. The smell got into the whole school. It stank so badly I got a major headache. (I have quite a sensitive nose.) And just overall I felt very exhausted.

Roll the Tuesday and I got sick. Which lasted till Wednesday. :(

Valimotie (MS-HS)

On Thursday I was allowed to work from home to have a soft start and also finish up some reports and my presentation of the German children's book authors.

Friday I went to the text book storage with my mentor. For recap: During the Halloween Spooky Trail event they also included the storage room with the movable shelves. My mentor already had not so pleasant experiences in past years and sadly this time was little different. One of the shelves got derailed and the repair (by teacher and students) was being delayed a lot which impacted our work. Turns out a second shelf was derailed. We were a little upset. The whole room was not how it was supposed to be and some boxes were missing their signs of content. So I had to write new ones. Communication is still rolling :) Let's hope for the best.

I also started to fill out some documents for my europass. I scraped together all the skills I aquired and used and strengthened in a lot of different areas of work and was very happy with the result. I should have saved it externally as well, as I would discover the week after...

(Spoilers: It got deleted by someone and put into one sentence on the final document. I was a bit upset to say the least...)
